To quote the track description on SoundCloud: "This is a rare track where I came up with the chord structure before I wrote the song. I wanted to see if I could write a song based on chords that doesn't adhere to a single scale." Since I didn't want it to be diatonic to any specific scale, the chords I chose are kinda weird. For example, the first three chords (and the predominating ones of the song) are F Major, F# Major, and E Minor.

This just screams Izzhov! You have such a unique style, man.
Uh, music theory... well, I don't know anything by name (and I really ought to by now!) but it sounds good, the chords work well together. I can imagine this being the theme tune for some eccentric professor. Kinda like Professor Frankly, but on acid.  |
