Random note: I found that I can burn calories easiest on a stationary bike. Running is too painful for me so I only do it during Ultimate season. Lifting is really fun and makes you look good for the ladies (I honestly lift weights for only three reasons: Calorie burningness, enhance athelticness [meaning, targeted exercises to increase speed, endurance, and explosiveness], and make people think Shelley's boyfriend isn't some skinny clown.)

I am still a skinny clown. But slightly less so. I've dodged the freshmen 15 (pounds, that is) and gone from about 160 lbs to 167 lbs as my weight training is finally paying off and my muscle mass is increasing. Hooray for whatever!!

These are all from when the brass band went to Italy on a tour like, yonks ago.

The day before we went, my eye became swollen and I couldn't see out of it, as shown...

...But it wasn't all bad because I got a certificate for "Most Medical Problems"

Sweet, I wish PA would have more travel band for me to join, I must be challenged. Lol, that kid in the first picture, his wandering eye is going off, he's a daze, he's in awe because of mad skill. Did you actually get called to the stage for most medical problems? What'd you get with all your tickets?

My diagnosis is that tie-dye contains dangerous levels of AWESOME. This patient appears to be suffering from excess awesomeness. I recommend doing something to get rid of all of that awesomeness. Have you considered the clarinet?
