In about 5 minutes I'll be disabling the forum for a short time to perform some intentionally nebulous "maintenance". This maintenance shouldn't take very long, most likely less than 10 minutes. When it's done, the forums will be unlocked again.

If the forum shows the wrong time for you, then just change it in your profile. phpBB doesn't seem to know what daylight savings time is, so you've got to change your time zone to manually add or subtract that hour.
