I bought Okami for the Wii yesterday for £12. I've only played an hour so far, but it appears to be damn cool. More depth of review later. Smile

I found the game Dark Chronicle! I sold it a few years ago when my PS2 broke, then discovered later it's apparently a fairly rare game. Then I went in to London and I FOUND IT Very Happy

This game is FANTASTIC. I love it. <3

Has anyone ever used a game genie to play 2-player coop Tetris? You know, Player one moves the pieces, player two rotates them?

Modern Warfare 2. I'm pretty much the only one I know who didn't buy it for the online. The campaign was nice but only took 8 hours to beat. Good times though, even though it made me punch my couch on occasion.

At first was like, "New Advance Wars games!?!?" but then it was just a European rename.

I liked Days or Ruin (a.k.a. Dark Conflict), but the story was trying way to hard to be serious. I prefer the characterization of previous Advance Wars game, doing war out of foppery and whim.

This 24-year-old man has been playing the crap out of Pokémon Rumble for WiiWare. Say what you will; it's actually incredibly fun (especially co-op)!

I've even almost forgiven the devs for omitting my favorite generation (3rd). ;[

Galaxy is great fun, but if you've never played Sunshine, don't listen to what everyone else says about it because it's fun too and you should also play it.

On this same vein, I recently got New Super Mario Bros. Wii! It's really fun. In one player, it's essentially like Super Mario Bros. 4, which is by no means a bad thing, because it's awesome. If you want to play it in multiplayer, prepare to lose friends, because it's very difficult not to get in each others' way. It's still really fun though. 9/10

I life physics games!

Fruity made me want to play Pokemon Mystery Dungeon...but then I got bored with that and started playing Pearl, this time without cheating. I'm actually trying to give the generation 4 critters a try.

I think Game Freak doesn't like to make the cool-looking critters useful. Luxray wants more powerful physical electric attacks now. NOW!

So on Friday morning, I decided to load up my old Wind Waker file that I hadn't touched since 2004, and proceeded to blow nearly an entire three-day weekend on it. Managed to get all 20 heart containers and make a sizable dent in the Nintendo Gallery, to boot. Man, what a great game. I'd forgotten just how much it caters to obsessive completionists like myself. I've been playing the Minish Cap. If I finish it it will be the first Zelda game I've ever completed.

Yeah... I have this weird tendency to become distracted before I can beat a Zelda game. *shrug*

Yeah, the older systems aren't given enough credit for how fun they still are. For £25 I got;
Sega Master System II (w/ control pad & built-in game)
Joystick
Alex Kidd in Shinobi World
Batman Returns
G-Loc
Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade
Rainbow Islands
Robocop versus Terminator
Sonic Chaos
The Simpsons - Attack of the Space Mutants

Most of the games are awesome. Shame it doesn't work on my normal TV. I could probably make it, but it'll take some fiddling around.

Also, Yoshi's Story <3

funnily of all those games i've only played Sonic Chaos. we had quite a number of MS games in our repetoire though. i recommend golden axe warrior, it's a cheap Zelda knockoff but pretty great nonetheless!

I got me some games for the Mass of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

1. Braid!! It's awesome go buy it right now it costs less than 3 dollars!! But only until Jan. 4 or something!!
2. Scribblenauts!! This game is great. I like how you can summon some things. However I have two qualms with it: firstoval, Advanced Mode sucks once you figure out you can summon the same thing as many times as you want by putting "A " before its name. It devolves into an exercise in repeating the same solution 3 times in a row. Secondoval, too many puzzles can be solved with a helicopter and a rope. It's still really fun though.
3. Wario Ware Touched me in my Private Areas!!! This game is fun but not as good as the original Wario Ware. If you didn't like the original you won't like this one. The single worst thing about this game is Mike. God dammit I hate you Mike!

The end.
